SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Area
We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates. Orders cannot be delivered to addresses outside the UAE.
We may cancel an order at our sole discretion and issue a full refund where the delivery address belongs to a freight forwarder, parcel-forwarding service, shipping agent or similar intermediary.

Delivery Charges
A standard delivery charge of AED 50 applies to orders with a value below AED 500. Free standard delivery applies to orders with a value of AED 500 or more. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery location within the UAE.
Business days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the delivery location, order volume, public holidays, weather, courier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed after successful payment and confirmation. The customer will be notified when the order has been dispatched.
Orders containing fabric cut from a roll or specially prepared products may require additional preparation time. Where a material delay is expected, we will contact the customer using the details provided with the order.

Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and contact information.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Any additional delivery charge resulting from an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or failure to receive the order may be charged to the customer.

Inspection on Delivery
The customer may inspect the order after delivery and notify us of any damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed product in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, the customer should contact us and provide the order number.
We will review the delivery status with the courier and take reasonable steps to locate or complete the delivery.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy and all deliveries are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to an order or delivery.
