Arabella is responsible for the personal information processed for its own business purposes. Shopify, Stripe and other providers may also process personal information under their own privacy terms.

Complete card details are entered directly into the payment system and are not stored by Arabella.

Shopify may process personal information on our instructions when providing services to Arabella. Shopify may also process information for its own services, including Shop, Shop Pay, platform security, analytics and service improvement.

Depending on the Shopify features enabled on the store, Shopify may use information about customer interactions with this store, other Shopify merchants and Shopify services for personalisation, analytics, advertising and fraud prevention.

  1. Payments and Stripe

Payments may be processed by Stripe through Shopify Checkout.

Stripe may receive personal and transaction information including the customer’s name, contact details, billing address, payment method, order value, transaction date and payment-card information.

Stripe may process this information to:

  • Provide receipts and payment services;

  • Prevent fraud and financial loss;

  • Handle refunds, disputes and chargebacks;

Arabella does not sell personal information.

Requests concerning information processed by Shopify for Shopify’s own purposes should be submitted through Shopify’s privacy portal. Requests concerning information processed independently by Stripe may be submitted through Stripe’s Privacy Center.

The website is not directed to persons who are not legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
